Dear Team Managers,
We are approaching the final week and before you depart to Wloclawek. We would like to inform you that all schedules and layouts of the flying field are put online (see the webpage for detailed information).

All teams, bring your own tents here, as you will be free to place them here.

A competitor who needs for medical reasons to take any of the substances listed on the WADA Prohibited List must have a valid Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) signed by FAI. 2026-03-05 19:00 Final Entries

Final Entry Form should be sent to the Organizers no later than the 25th April, 2026. Upon receipt of the Entry form the Organizers will issue a PROFORMA INVOICE for the payment of the Entry Fees for Team Manager, Team Manager’s Assistant, Senior competitors, Junior Competitors, Helpers and Supporters which should be paid before the 10th May, 2026.

The Organizer is in the final stages of making arrangements with the manufacturers of space model motors. We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting orders has been extended to March 28th, 2026. The Motor Order Form (MOF) will be available on the Organizer’s website from March 3rd, 2026. We apologize for the change in date compared to the information published in Bulletin 1.
